These terms govern your use of services from Bin Bros Garbage Can Cleaning LLC ("Bin Bros") in Elmhurst, IL. By booking, you agree to them.
We provide garbage can cleaning, sanitizing, and deodorizing, plus exterior cleaning services, exclusively in Elmhurst, IL.
We offer One-Time cleanings, a Monthly plan (3 visit minimum), and a Quarterly plan (2 visit minimum). Recurring plans are billed through your online client portal. After the minimum number of visits, you may continue, pause, or cancel. We pause service during the cold winter months and do not bill you while paused; service resumes when weather permits.
We service cans the day after your trash pickup. Please leave empty cans at the curb. If a can is full, we will skip it that visit. If we cannot locate your cans, we cannot clean them that visit, and the visit will NOT count toward your plan.
You may cancel after meeting your plan's minimum visits through your client portal or by contacting us. One-Time cleanings have no minimum.
Our services are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bin Bros is not liable for indirect or incidental damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.
